All luxury hair will be delivered in 7 business days, with PostNL or DHL.
LUXURYBYLIYAH is not when shipping services lost the package or have any delays.
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days by the time customers received their purchase. Customers can only return the hair when it is in original condition (no bad smell think of food or sigaret and do not wash the hair). If the hair returned in proper condition, the customer will receive a refund within 2-3 business days. Payment will be made n the same bank account that made the payment. For cancellation because of delays you will get a credit from four payment. Luxurybyliyah is not responsible for the cost of returning the purchase. Luxurybyliyah is als not responsible for lost returning packages. Returns are only acceptable when you email us with your order number, first name and last name.
